The Ruckdeschel butcher's shop is one of the few businesses that still carries the entire process out itself – from slaughtering and processing to refinement. Today, owner Martin Krasser runs the business with great passion. For him, butchery is much more than just a profession. It is an attitude. Quality always comes first. The new cutting machine helps him to consistently implement this standard. Precise cutting, packaging, vacuum sealing, and gas flushing preserve flavor and freshness even longer. At the same time, the machine makes it possible to offer the specialties to more customers—in supermarkets, small corner stores, and, starting in summer 2025, in the newly renovated hybrid store, which will be open around the clock.
