The shortage of qualified nursing staff is not a new issue in our society. However, it is an issue that continues to be a problem and for which no solution has yet been found. AWO Vita gGmbH Düsseldorf is therefore constantly looking for new ways to recruit skilled workers. The latest approach is the targeted recruitment of skilled workers abroad and then bringing them to Germany with attractive benefits.
The use case
A concept was developed for this idea, which envisages that the recruited specialists undergo preparation in their home country. This is where the promotional film we produced is used. The concept of the promotional film is to give as comprehensive an insight as possible into the day-to-day work of a nursing professional in Germany. The future specialists should see what their work looks like, what technical aids are available and what obligations, such as documentation, must be complied with.
The story
To create a closer connection to the situation, the film tells the story of a skilled worker from Turkey. The new employee is welcomed at the airport and then warmly greeted by the team. After she is briefly shown the facility and the working environment, her day ends in a project apartment organized by the AWO.
